J. Steve Aldridge - President

Graduated University of Texas in 1972 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with emphasis on Petroleum Land Management. Trained in the Pennzoil organization. Joined Texas Oil & Gas Corp. in the East Texas District in 1975. Promoted from Landman to Area Landman to Land Manager during his tenure. Spent the last year in the Corporate Office in Dallas. Joined Miller Energy, Inc. in 1979 as Partner and was instrumental in Miller’s successful efforts as an operator in East Texas. Formed Aldridge Energy in 2000 and has continued to partner with Miller Energy on East Texas drilling projects since that time.

John C. Griffiths – Partner

President of Calvin Resources, Inc. A Certified Petroleum Geologist with over 30 years of experience in resource management, generation, evaluation and financing of exploratory and development projects, and asset evaluation for acquisition or divestiture.

Graduated University of Texas in 1975 with Bachelor Science in Geology. Worked at Texas Oil & Gas Corp. as geologist with responsibility for East Texas area. Worked with Dallas Exploration, Inc. as prospecting geologist in East Texas Basin.

Calvin Resources, Inc., located in Houston, Texas, is an independent energy company formed in 1984 to explore for and acquire oil and natural gas assets. Calvin has had an equity participation in the drilling of over eighty wells in the East Texas Salt Basin.

Steve M. York – Chief Financial Officer

Texas CPA since 1975 with a 30 year plus professional career in the financial arena. Upon receiving an accounting degree from Texas Tech University in 1973, worked for nine years in public accounting serving the auditing needs of various corporate clients of Arthur Young (presently Ernst & Young), a Big 4 international accounting firm. Served as the Chief Financial Officer or Vice-President Finance for several corporate entities, most recently 14 years at a NASDAQ traded technology Company which pioneered electronic toll collection on a global basis. Career includes strategic planning, complex joint ventures, financial reporting, tax management, acquisitions and divestitures, and private placements of debt and equity securities.
